I called for an appointment. Showed up waited an hour . The tech come out and said it's going to be a bit longer. Literally watched him just stand there and watch the other tech. So I left. Went to another facility the day. I was quoted 49.99. This tech Tom never gave me a quote. I told him I was in a pinch and hurry. All I wanted was a oil change and air in a tire. 45 min later the tech is checking my brakes. I directly told them oil change only. I refused other services.
