Great staff, fast service, and excellent communication.
Monro has always been my go to for oil changes and brakes throughout the last several years and have had no problems until this last time. One of the techs messed up my oil change and gave me one of the worst experiences in my life, with that said the situation was very quickly handled by Becky. After dealing with the issues i had following this oil changes mishap, becky and steve thoroughly took care of me and my car. Exceptional service. On a recent road trip from Canada our engine light came on placing our vehicle in limp mode. Feeling 'stranded' and unfamiliar with the area, Steve was able to take me in without an appointment and help me out whereas the Utica Kia was unhelpful. Kudos to Monro in Oneida.
Terrible service. Brought car in for an oil change and inspection. Technician got a screw stuck in my tire that I just put on 2 weeks ago and said it couldn't have been him and said they could do nothing. 0 accountability and slimy service department
