We had our car towed here when it broke down and no one else in town could fit us in the same day. We Suspected bad alternator but it turned out to be the battery which was good news. The guy at the front desk was friendly and they got it diagnosed and repaired quickly. We were very thankful it could be done as we were traveling from out of state. They lost my business for good. I made an appointment a week in advance online for 8am back in February for an inspection, alignment and to get tires mounted on some spare wheels. 2 days before my emails said it was changed to 3pm so day of I call to see what time it was, the guy said 8am, I rush to get down there only for him to tell me they can’t get me in. This was the one in Rome..work was not done like I asked he changed it because he did not have the part ..I was never called and added if that was ok..then one of the worker back my new car up in there door he never opened it t all the way... Called everyone no one called back the money I got was not close to fixing it at all ... place is a joke .. should be closed down.. they don't care at all about u...just charge high prices and junk work
