Zero stars. Nick was extremely rude to us when we dropped the car off. Then when he called with the quote for the work needed to be done, he was extremely rude again. He inflated the estimate and got mad when i questioned what the chargers were. He was talking down to me and when i asked for the manager, he said he’s the manager. I asked for the district manager and he said no. I tried calling national, then transferred me back to Nick. I called another store, they gave me their internal employee number. Matt and his crew were absolutely amazing, they showed me things the previous garage actually broke, he saw how mad I was and he reassured me that he could help me out and he did just that, he also chatted with me while the work was being done just to calm my anxiety, will I go back there to have work done? Absolutely 💯!!!!!!!!!!!
