Had an appointment for 12. Arrived 10 mins early, and I expected to wait. 35 minutes later I haven’t been checked in. I understand auto shops are busy, but if you can’t hold an appointment then don’t offer them.
AVOID AVOID AVOID Car cabin smelled like oil after an oil change, they forgot to put cap back on.
Came in to have my flat tire examined. Team was quick to evaluate the tire and give me the information the tire was too aged to have repaired and needed to be replaced. The manager Jimmie was able to locate the tire I was in need of and traveled to another location to pick it up. Brought it back and had the team change the tire with no issues. I thank them all and will be having them change my other 3 when the tires are due to be replaced.
