RecommendedVery fast and easy. Very informative of the issues I was experiencing with my car. I had concerns about my brakes, but the mechanic found a different issue that was fixed right away at a timely manner. I will be going there for all my tire and brake issues from now on. I went to Tire Barn first, but the only thing they could do was put on the tires, so I went to Monro Auto for alignment, oil change, and wheel bearing replacement. Great service!

RecommendedI had a few experiences with Monroe and they were both great experiences both times I dealt with Chet walker he’s always been a great Mechanic I don’t trust too many people with my car but I trust him totally, he’s honest hardworking and very friendly to know him is to know an angel sent from heaven he’s a blessing and I’m not just saying that because he’s my brother I am speaking from a professional level and as a customer thank you again Chet W. Thanks for keeping my car in safe running order for me and my kids

I have been doing my auto services at Monro for three years now and was happy under the previous manger. The new manager Robert is not customer friendly. He made feel as though I was asking a favor rather than a paying customer. At my appointment he told me he is not removing my tires so I did not get a tire rotation. I will no longer be a customer .
