They had to order the tires and got them in the next day. Not a popular size. Paul was very helpful. They did charge a $25.00 miscellaneous fee For undisclosed items. Not tire disposal. Not sure 🤔
Got me in right away and had the tires I needed!! Great customer service!!!
Had two of our cars inspected. Work was done in a timely manner, And the price was fair compared to some of these other local mechanics.
I started at the Monro on noblestown road in green tree. I had a scheduled appointment for an inspection and oil change. I get there and it's one guy. He says he's been there for 8 weeks and he's not able to do inspections yet. I'm frustrated but I feel bad for the guy. He has a few cars in the garage and is clearly stressed out in an understaffed store. I call the Monro in Robinson and they squeeze me in.
