Hard to review a place that lets vehicle sit for 5 weeks past scheduled appointment date and did nothing ! All they did was waste my time so for that reason not even one stare from me but looks like I had to give them one start to submit this review. Pathetic.
This review is for the Monro at 3010 Easton Ave, Bethlehem, PA 18017. Came in for an inspection on 3/3/21 and asked them to look at the rear wheel bearings since they were making a lot of noise, and I knew they needed to be replaced soon. Had the inspection done, and got a quote for the bearings for $477. I was told if I wanted to proceed with the repair, they'd need a few days to order the part. The prices are resonable for repairs and overall a clean facility. Id recommend my friends to this location any time.
I would give them zero stars if I could unfortunately this site makes you put a star to review. Iv been coming here for years never had an issue until today! Unfortunately they must have switched management because they completely stink. I dealt with Jonathan Wright he is the WORST manager Iv ever dealt with. My car wouldnt start I had it jump started with AAA drove it in to be looked at not realizing the Managment has changed (for the worst.)
