We came in with a bit of an emergency with our exhaust system. They took a look and while they could not fix it on premises, gave us a clear breakdown of the issue, what it would take to fix it, and a recommendation of other locations we could try. Because none of their work counted as labor, they didn’t charge us a penny for it!
Shawn was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist with my needs.
I was in town for business when my tire pressure warning light activated. This shop was close to my hotel, so I stopped to see if they could help. They determined one of the tires had a nail in it, but was repairable. Within about 40 minutes I was safely on my way home out of state for a little under $30. I was worried since some reviews I read said they overcharged women, but that was not my experience. The staff were polite, professional, and efficient.
