THEY DIDNT WANT HELP WITH A PROBLEM IHAD WITH MY BRAKES WONT EVEN LOOK AT
I brought my car on 04/11/23 to Monro at 980 central for oil change. The technican drove my car in and out of the oil change area caused a scratch on the driver side. I brought the car to them and they refused to admit the incident. Be aware. Please check your car before drive it.
I went there for a oil change. I made the appointment online and it didn't show on their computer, it didn't matter tho they fit me in. Great conversation while I waited. They checked my brakes and were honest with the result. A very good experience! I will be back for my next oil change.
Poor customer service. Asked them to do tire rotation and they didn’t. Spilled oil over the engine. Poor attitude. Too many other shops to deal with these amateurs.
Last night I noticed I had a slow leak with one of my trucks tires. I stopped into Monroe this morning (no appointment) and asked if I could get it patched up. The manager went above and beyond to make sure I was taken car of. The slow leak was fixed within an hour. I'm very happy. Thank you.
Dishonest I went to the Monroe Muffler store in Winsted for the first time for an oil change. I had a coupon which I had downloaded from their website. The owner refused to honor the coupon saying it was a ‘misprint’. I have used these coupons on many occasions in the past at other Monroe Muffler locations and I have never had an issue. Even if it was a misprint, any business owner with integrity would have honored it because the mistake was done on their part, but not this guy. He flat out refused to honor the coupon.... read more
I had such a great experience at Monro last Friday in East Greenbush. Rob and the mechanic (“doc”) took such good of my car and eased my worries. Top rated place. I will return to them in the future . Thank you for all your help!
