Alignment scam I had 4 tires installed and an alignment done. I asked the asst service manager to make sure that the steering wheel was straightened during the alignment which he assured me it would be. After leaving I found that the steering wheel was tilted to the left and the car steered to the right on its own and also steered more easily to the right than the left. Markups on parts - ripoff! Rick Johnson's Auto & Tire in NFM charged me 345.00 for a part that only cost them 154.00. When I called their corp. office to complain about the markup amount she was very snippy and told me that they are not "McDonalds" and to just get over it. DO NOT USED THEIR SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SHAFTED!!!

Customer Service Matters I recently visited my 78-year-old grandmother to assist her with some running around town. Upon visiting with her, I learned that she recently had her oil changed to her 1994 Toyota Tercel, which has 115,000 plus miles on it. I am very aware that her vehicle has issues, however I was extremely disappointed to learn how the store manager (Tim Hunter) at your Mansfield Ohio (Trimble Road Location) treated my grandmother. Good! A couple of times, I got my car back with a screw loose or something out of place, and when I called, they bent over backwards to make it right, like delivering my car to me instead of my having to pick it up, or giving me a ride home or a discount. Super Service & People! They are honest, polite & fair.

Long Term Customer I've been a long time customer of Rick's. Recently, they fix my car since I needed it the next day. They have always been completely honest with me. There rates are very reasonable. I will not go to any other mechanic.

Helpful They greatly helped me out for all of my routine maintenance work. The wait time was peaceful since I could enjoy a cup of coffee and watch some TV while my oil was being changed. It was great cause they fixed the clip on my fender for free that same day! I hadn't noticed it was hanging from beneath my car. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very affordable. I would recommend them again and again.

Quality and Reliability..... Quality and Reliability is all I can say about Rick Johnson Auto and Tire.My car had an overheating issue. I brought my car in because it was nearby and I was desperate.They fixed the problem and I haven t had any issues since!

Best Brake's Job Best brake's job I have ever had! I needed brake pads, rotors, and calipers. The best part of all is Rick Johnson Auto & Tire is the only place in town that gives a 100% warranty on ALL parts.

Rick johnson auto and tire, Bonita springs i needed an oil change and saw there sign so i stopped in and they were busy but assured me they could do it. one of the counter staff approached an elderly woman and told her car needed something but that she could do it at a later time. after he left the room, she said to me, "this is my first time here. most shops tell me i should make the repair now. what a nice place". i thought wow, this is a great place!
