I wish there was an option for negative stars. They busted my windshield by dropping a tool on it and said their corporate office would contact me to replace it within in 2-3 days. 12 days later and still no phone call— and when I followed up with the manager he said I needed to handle it with corporate— it was out of his hands. Nice customer service! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

I can't really say whether or not they do a good job because they didn't keep my appointment. I scheduled online and got the email confirmation, prior to my appointment. I show up and they tell me it will be at least an hour before they even start on mine, and that I could wait or reschedule. Since scheduling didn't work the first time around, I decided to take a pass on that and go elsewhere.

We had an appointment at 1 pm for four new tires. It is now 2:30 pm. They jacked it up at 1 and removed the tires and no one has been back to even look at it. It’s only a simple tire change....no alignment or anything else needed. VERY unhappy with the service. I would not recommend this business to anyone. If they hadn’t removed the tires I would have left and went elsewhere!!!! My son worked in Urbana Monroe for years and said it takes about 1/2 hour!! UPDATE: we got out about 3:05.
