Unfortunately this was my worst experience getting my car worked on.The shop ran codes for a misfire and diagnosed the car ,let me know what needed to be done, and quoted me the price. When I paid and picked the car up the check engine light was still on. I put the car back on the code reader at Oreillys and the same codes were present as when I dropped it off and the kicker is the car misfired and didn’t start. I called the store and was told they can diagnose it for 100$.

The one staff member I interacted with was extremely rude from beginning to end. He was condescending and dismissive and argued with me about everything; from whether my car was or wasn’t a hybrid, to the things I was personally experiencing in my car. I used to go to a different location across town and never had any issues so I will absolutely not be returning to this one.
Location under new management The two times I talked to the new manager he comes off rude, lacking in people skills and inpatient. Most recent experience that happen a few days ago. I ask manager if I could get an estimate on rear springs or struts due to I wasn't quite sure what I had. He quickly said struts are $800 plus tax. I said we'll does my specific car have struts, he says I don't know.
