RecommendedI took my 08 Uplander for an oil change and to check out the exhaust leak. They did a great job and let me know that it would cost $700.00 to fix it because their tube bender was broke. They recommended a shop that could do the job for about $200 or less. The job cost $175 and both places did not overcharge me.
RecommendedAlthough the Zanesville Monro shop was short a man, my van received top-notch service at an excellent price and both Jesse and Steven were knowledgeable and polite.

This place is sketchy. They act like they are doing you a favor by servicing your car. I made it clear I needed the car back the same day. They weren’t even going to call me to let me know they were closing and have not had time to service my vehicle. I caught them as they were about to leave for the day and I retrieved my car. They said it was going to require replacing the entire exhaust system. I took it elsewhere and they were able to just replace the muffler at minimal cost I wouldn’t trust Monro.
