If I could give them negative stars I would! Wife had a 4pm appointment for a simple oil change and was there for over an hour and 15 minutes! They didn’t have the right filter and had to go get it at Autozone (note: they had the vehicle year, make and model the day before the appointment.)They advertise a $19.99 oil change and she was left paying $140, which they didn’t tell her until it was done. I always come to this specific Monro location for the knowledgeable and trustworthy staff. They always do quick and adorable oil changes, allow me to set up my appointments online and always point out any problems or inconsistencies with my vehicle. On my last trip, I was on a time crunch and it took much longer than expected. The store manager stepped in, took responsibility for what happened, and instead of charging me more labor hours for a rusted on part, she lowered my bill because of the situation. Hi, I called Monro today (Thrusday the 10th) (Stadium Dr, Kalamazoo MI) and was looking for a set of 4 A/T tires for my SUV, talked to someone, said that he had 4 tires for me, I booked an appointment, came down with my car, waited about 15 mins at the counter for someone to grab my keys, he took them brought my car into the garage. While waiting I went to grab some food, then received a call telling me that they don't have the tires?
