Paid 2000 for my converters to get repaired and they only replaced the read converter and still charged me for it

They are not good at what they do.
They need to hire people who can actually change oil without putting the wrong oil filter on a vehicle. Flooded my engine with oil and made the cam shaft stick open and destroyed the sensor. Don't trust the Kalamazoo Stadium Drive Monro they can't even do a simple oil chang. Good thing they recommended me to Denoyer Chevrolet they even washed my car after my car was fixed after 2 days.
This place has the cheapest oil changes around, especially with the coupon. However, they always find something wrong with your car (need better wiper blades, headlight fluid low, etc) and sometimes arbitrarily upgrade my oil change If I decline their repairs. Wouldn't recommend.

I would highly recommend the Monro location on Stadium drive in Kalamazoo. Any time my vehicle needs maintenance done I know I can take it to them and have no problems. The manager Eric is really nice and makes sure the work is done properly.
Honest, timely great work!Q In and out in just over an hour for a brake job! WOWZERS! The Kalamazoo Monro Center has a customer for life! (Well, for other stuff 'cause the brakes have a lifetime warranty-haha)
Had my power steering belt replaced under warranty seven times... Came to find out that they put it on upside down this whole time. Now that I have solved their mistakes, they refuse to repair it and told me that it was not their fault. Coming to Facebook as my last resort since HR and the locations would ignore my calls or email.
