When a starter had to be put on a vehicle for a family member...I believe that they were taken advantage of...new starter and installation cost $635...if this isn't gouging I do not know what is! In saying this...I would recommend this business to NOBODY!...and I mean NOBODY!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Walked in to be greeted by an obnoxious, overbearing older man. We tell him we're looking for the $17.95 oil change where this guy sternly says "Depends on what kind of car you have"! We explain what we're driving and he says "You got appointment it's gonna be about 45 minutes I've got scheduled customers!" Wife tries to give him her key off the key ring "YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO ALL THAT JUST GIVE ME ALL THE KEYS!". While we're sitting waiting he handles all other customers the same way. Waited 4 hours for tire and alignment whole the tech horsed around and talk to each other. Said something to store manager and he was like I missed it. Not how you run a place of business.

Awesome service, I was an hour from home and had Tire trouble on a Saturday. They had me in and out in under an hour. Everyone was great. Awesome experience for what could have been a terrible situation. Price was reasonable too!
