Second time I have made an appointment and the time is different than what I am told. Called at 9am told I had an 1030am appointment. When I went in they told me my appointment was at 730am. They said I missed my appointment and wouldn’t take my car in. Something is wrong with their call center that takes appointments.
Great service had me in and out with no worries 👍🏽
Had my 2016 f150 3.5 serviced today at Monroe. The technician doug did a great job and let me know what he did and informed me of other small issues I had with the truck and he was spot on. Highly recommend!!!
