Scott the owner is wonderful. He has looked over my car twice for me when I was experiencing issues. I was able to book quick appointments online which is very convenient as the dealership has a month long wait list. I will continue to bring my cars here.
I was quoted $59-95 for an oil change, $170-$175 per tire for 2 tires plus $30 per tire for install and $50 for an inspection over the phone by Ray. I expected to pay about $540 pre-tax for everything. Instead I was charged $750, $130 for an oil change, $180 per tire plus $36 per tire install and $77 for the inspection, plus a junk fee of 8% for “restocking.” When I asked to see my bill before I paid I was told by Ray that he wouldn’t show me until I paid.
