This was the best Monroe Car Shop! I'm so so happy we went there. The price there significantly cheaper than at the Monroe in Penn Hills. The Mechanic was Friendly! He explained everything to us. We will be going to West Liberty Monroe for now on! They all were professional and accommodating. We made the right choice to travel much further, for Excellent Service! I'm so so satisfied ! A+
Took my car there because it failed inspection at the dealer and they quoted me about $500 less to do the work. When it was done, they ended up charging me the same amount and it wasn't any cheaper. They had told me they would set aside tired for me but after I dropped it off, they called and claimed they must've quoted the wrong tires and they only had ones that were $120 more per tire than the ones I was supposed to get put on.
