Ray the manager was awesome. Took my Toyota in for basic maintenance and an oil change and they were fast and friendly!
Great staff, very fair and quick service. Had a few bad experiences at other Monro's and was ready to write them off completely but will be a loyal customer to this one. Ray was top notch
The owner RAY, was very polite, and he knows what he's doing!! He and one other guy(sorry don't know his name) are very knowledgeable!!! And if I hadn't gone in that day, I could have caused an accident or WORSE!!! I love Monroe (WestLiberty) and as long as I live in the city of Pittsburgh, that's where I'm taking my vehicle!!!!!!
Got me in and out on short notice for brakes and rotors. Trustworthy folks-I have been a customer for years.
