Went 2 hours before close. Needed a patch for a tire. After waiting an hour and 40 min... So 20 minutes before close, they put a plug in, gave it back still leaking and said they don't do patches. Told is to go across town to their other location. We fly to the other location that closes at the same time. We get there, they are already closed. When we called, the manager, he said they closed early, the tech went home early and he went to the bank. Horrible service and experience.
They were courteous and made a special effort to get the car back on the road. I only took one star off because I'm hoping they weren't disingenuous about tires not repairable or that the car needed brakes and rotors. No one offended the evidence.
Staff was very helpful they were very short staffed so had to wait 3 hours but that's not the workers fault that's the company and price was very high
What a horrific experience! I got my car inspected and was told i had a hole in the muffler and had to have that fixed to pass at a custom muffler shop. I said no problem. Got that done. I went back to get inspected 5 days later. Had no issues whatsoever. Then i drop it off for inspection again and they tried to charge me almost 1200 dollars for a broken driveshaft, broken windshield fluid sprayer and an allighnment wich was all good before it went in. My windshield wiper was not working. The staff was so friendly and polite. I was on the road and it was snowing so they saved me. They took care of the windshield wiper in a timely manner even though they were pretty busy. Thanks for a great service
