Originally was quoted $20 for a new Lug Stud & $80 for the labor, walked out after paying $160 to replace a single Lug Stud, which literally took the mechanic more time waiting for the part than actually working on the vehicle. He had the Lug stud replaced within 10 minutes of receiving the part. And I was charged $160. For a 10 minute job. Scammers.
Overall a wonderful experience. John took good care of everything and kept me updated and informed through the process and answered any questions I had. Lovely to speak with and could just tell he cared. Pricing was also very fair. Will be coming back for my next inspection!

Women, if you want honesty and integrity from a business and don’t want ripped off or taken advantage of, this is the place to go. Took my car there for something the dealership had messed up and I’m so glad I did. Not only did the dealership not fully attached a heat shield but they also told me I needed new brakes and rotors.
