I called to schedule an appointment to have my rear brakes redone and to have my car inspected. It's the last day of the month, so I knew it would be difficult to have anyone work on it that quickly. Imagine my joy when the scheduler told me over the phone that they could finish the car today, and that it would be fine. Fast service from friendly and helpful staff. I will continue to use this place.
We were in Pittsburgh for a family trip. On the way home we blew a tire. The guys at Monro got us worked in asap, replaced the tire and got us on our way. They were friendly and courteous and provided great service in an emergency situation!
