Dropped our car off here at 10:30 this morning for a state inspection and oil change after making an online appointment for this on our day off. Waited all day for them to call as they said they would and they never did. Finally we called them at 5:00 pm and it had been done already. Came and picked it up and realized when I got home they didn't even do an oil change 🫠. We just moved here and were hoping this would be our go to shop but we will look elsewhere.

Nothing major showed up except for my battery, which they replaced and an oil change (which they forgot to do and I had to bring my car back a few days later and still cost me $170). DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! I had a 7:30 AM appointment and when I arrived, no one was here. Called customer service and they connected me to another location who reached out to the store manager, and they advised me that he was on the way. At 8 AM he arrives with no apology looking at me like I’m the problem. When I scheduled the appointment, I let them know that I was going to wait for my car.
