This is the second time I’ve been screwed by Monroe. I make an appointment at 430 drive up and am told to come back tomorrow because they are to busy. Then why did you take the appointment and waste my time. No more for me!
Had an issue during service with a wheel stud. Things happen, nature of service. Ray and crew corrected the error in record time, knowing we had a road trip in days. They know their trade and treat customers right. Will be back.
I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Monroe Muffler. I took my car in for a state inspection, and they failed it, claiming that I needed new brakes. The problem? My brakes were in perfectly good condition. I had them checked by a trusted mechanic shortly after, who confirmed there was absolutely nothing wrong with them and that they had plenty of life left.
