Service was fast, very educated and price was exactly what I was quoted.
Their call center and online booking system doesn't sync up with inventory at the local shop and appears to omit information that is relevant. This results in a phone call to the customer to inquire where the tires are coming from and if they don't have them in stock, your appointment will be canceled or rescheduled. Needed to get my wife's car inspected before she was heading out of town. The Manager (Moe) could not have been more accommodating or professional. He took the car in, and had us done within an hour. Highly recommend!
I came up from MD and experienced an issue with my tire valve. I found and called Monro and they were able to fit me in and fix my issue very fast without hesitation! Very professional, kind and helpful!
