was better when John Marchi was running the place, who ever did my magnum oil change stripped the drain plug, cost me 1100.00, it was a new mechanic I won't go back if he's there ever again. the only one who has a clue is skinny Nick now. using Cost tire and auto now.
I used to love going here but after calling for inspection last year and one scheduled for today, not sure if I'll be back. Last year, they didn't have inspection stickers. This year, today, we had it scheduled when we called for appt. We got there and they don't have anyone certified for inspections. We call 800 # and it seems they don't confirm with the actual shop if there are any changes, etc.
