Dr. Heaberlin is a wonderful, empathetic, and intelligent doctor. I'm so glad that he's my little one's pediatrician.
We absolutely loved this clinic when it was Mon Pediatrics and Dr. Li was practicing. We saw him for about 11 years before he retired and were sad to see him go. We also never had to wait a significant amount of time to get an appointment and he always made time for his patients. We have met with the new pediatrician a few times and he seems very knowledgeable and kind. I brought my 2 kids here as new patients for the first time today. Their PA was a woman named Jennifer or Jessica, and she was amazing. She was very attentive, answered all my questions and had no issue referring my kids out for things they might need. She was thorough, my kids were comfortable and for the first time ever I felt heard. Thank you guys! I will say, it’s hard to find! So listen closely when they give you instructions.
Dr Li is an amazing pediatrician and I decided when I worked in the Emergency Department if I had kids he would be the one to see. His staff is so efficient and always takes care of anything.
