I had a small issue with a ambulance turning in my yard after calling and speaking to the supervisor who was very polite and professional! He came out not even 10 minutes later and fixed my yard offered an apology even offered to pay for any damage! I'm very thankful that he came out and was so polite and professional!

Lost my wife's phone & ,charger & glasses from Ruby Memorial to Stonerise nursing home in Keyser Wv.---called them 3 times--3 different people answered told them about missing items---said they would call back---back--its been 5 days & no call yet .check & call back.

I had a hypoglycemic seizure this morning. My fiancé called 911 and mon EMS was there incredibly quickly. I want to give a special shout-out to my paramedic— I want to say her name was Crystal? She was amazing and I remember that through my seizure-induced fog I felt safe. She talked to me the whole time to keep me lucid (though I can’t remember about what) and made sure I was safe and comfortable. I owe her my life. I wish there was a way I could recognize her personally.
