Absolutely a rip off business. They rented our space out twice so when we got there with our truckload of furniture it was already occupied. No other space available of course. Even though the manager admitted she had done it AGAIN ( rented the same space to two people) and we would get a full refund, it didn't happen. They kept our deposit of $115.00 and said WE breeched the contract. What a joke of a Business. Reconsider if you need a rental space. BBB and Dept. of Consumer Protection have been contacted.

Joyce, we understand that we did not fulfill your expectations. When a tenant defaults under his or her lease, we follow the terms and conditions outlined in the lease. We would like to help everyone rent a storage unit, however we are limited when our facility is at capacity.
