I had a leaking wax ring on my toilet. In setting up an appointment I was able to speak with someone directly. They gave me a specific quote and recommendation when I asked to replace it with a higher toilet. The installation took only 40 minutes and Dave the installer was wearing a mask and keeping good social distance. I really appreciated those precautions in my home.

we had a main water line break back in the summer on a sunday and without hesitation a tech was on his way and fixed it for us when we couldnt get anyone else to come. then our tub wouldn't drain and without second guessing we called monona pfp to come help us. recommend to anyone

Had a new Bradford White water heater installed this afternoon. Technician Evan was very polite, kind and competent in his work; and his work partner was, too. Thanks, boys, for a great job, answering all of my questions and recommending a top brand unit which will serve me for many years to come.

Called Ed and Derek to help us finish an apartment building in the area. They were able to get a couple guys out to help us knock it out to keep us on schedule. Mick went above and beyond to knock out the list, staying through the evening to get it done. I wish all plumbers were as accommodating! Thanks for the great job guys! Can’t wait to do more work with you in the future!
