Beautiful and clean for the most part..but tenants keep breaking the entrance locks maybe lost the fob...Antonio is amazing best apt mgr I have ever met..my son moved in several months ago and love his apartment...
No parking for visitors, and not made for handicap people with power chairs. To many stairs going up 4 flight's of steps omg. Not for me. They are not fixing the door bell for visitors to get in. But all in all there very pretty to live in clean nice but if your handicap count yourself out on this one. But beauitful they are. But plases look out for handicap.
Where do I start? First day I came to put my application in I knew I wanted Monon Lofts to be my home! The office staff is amazing and I'm greatly appreciative to the compassion Mr Antiono shows me. Always got a smile to brighten one's day. Maintenance crew are efficient and so respectful.. The community is pretty awesome! I wish everyone here would take some accountability in keeping our community clean. Yes cleaning crew and maintenance cleans but residents also must help keep community clean. Antonio is the New Manager at Monon Loft and he is the best to work with. Antonio easy to talk with handles problems and issue immediately and has compassion for his tenant. Antonio is the Kinda of Property Manager that more properties need Antonio is the definition of a Property Manager Great Job.Thanks again for everything.
