These apartments are nice and clean. The new manager Ondraius was very helpful and pleasant.
Elmington Property Management’s team at the Monon Lofts entered my unit without notice and stole my infant son’s and father’s ashes along with All of my coats, clothing and thousands of dollars worth of items. After filling a police report, I have been threatened with eviction for crying to loudly, their community director Evette has been very unprofessional and unpleasant and I have been threatened with harm by Elmington PM employees. Beautiful and clean for the most part..but tenants keep breaking the entrance locks maybe lost the fob...Antonio is amazing best apt mgr I have ever met..my son moved in several months ago and love his apartment...
