Monocacy Dental is a great office. Kind people, great service!
Time that I walked into the office and to the time that I left they were super friendly. I have a fear of the dentist and they made it so easy when I went to my appointment, my anxiety was on 10. When my hygienist came in , she was so down to earth and so funny . She was explaining things she was explaining it not as a hygienist, but from her personal experience.And that meant the world to me.
AVOID ASAP. After 5 visits for one simple partial plate, the Dentist could not get it right and the first attemp was missing a tooth and each time after, the teeth on the partial plate kept getting shorter and shorter in length and after I refused to accept the wrong product for the third timeI was told by the Dentist Kerry Burgess 'the practice cannot spend anymore time or money to satisfy me'.
