Dr. Holmes is pretty much a wizard and I mean it. I see him regularly now for treatment on whatever is hurting from current training, life, work, or previous surgeries. He listens, ask questions, and gets me feeling better rapidly. I recently had terrible shoulder discomfort and pain- Dr.Holmes quickly discovered that it wasn’t my shoulder that was the issue even though that’s where the pain kept presenting itself, but my biceps was the real problem. Dr. Holmes is amazing. After one visit he adjust my back and my hips and I was back the next day in the gym feeling great, moving better than before.
I’ve tried 4 different chiropractors in 25 years and had given up on this type of healing therapy for my back. I️ believed my body was not made for it. My son talked me into going to see Chris and I’m very pleased. Now my husband and I️ go regularly. He’s got magical hands.
Quite simply, I do not trust anyone else when it comes to chiropractic needs. Athlete or not this is the place to be. Rather than tell you how wrong you move or to stop what you are doing, Dr. Holmes has a much more realistic and sustainable approach. I had an L4/L5 disc herniation which I was advised surgery was my best option prior to seeing Dr. Holmes. After consistently attending my appointments over the course of just a few months my symptoms were gone, I was pain free and avoided surgery. Dr. Holmes for the win!
