I visited this location twice. During each visit I was ignored and was not waited on. Sure I could have asked for help but I'm not the one on commission. Never have I ever had to beg someone to let me buy something and am not starting now.

I apologize for your bad experience but with the holiday season we've had many customers in the store and we try and wait on everyone as efficiently as possible while also wanting to give each customer our ample attention and not rush them. We try to acknowledge everyone that walks in the door and let them know that we'll be with you as soon as we are free. None of our salespeople are on commission and we try to help every customer every time.
My now husband purchased my engagement ring from Valerie and we were more than impressed! She helped him make the perfect ring for me for months and she never stopped looking for my diamond! After proposing we went back just to simply thank Valerie for all she had done to help Chris and she was very appreciative. When time came for wedding bands, Chris was obviously an easy one but I wanted something specific and what do ya know?
