They recommend a private aide because they are short staffed. This is VERY expensive. In My opinion they do this because Monmouth Crossing will not have to hire an aide to accommodate another resident. YOU will be covering the cost. In my opinion the administration is all about getting a check every month. The staff always goes above and beyond, but especially during these trying times. They have taken whatever steps are necessary to keep our family members safe and feeling secure. Knowing my mom is there and being taken care of also gives me peace of mind. Thank you for all you do!
The Director and staff are wonderful. They make the residents and their families feel welcome . The activities and games and the entertainment they bring in for the residents is incredible. I thank you all for the incredible care you provide for our mother.
Wonderful Caring Staff, from the front desk and activities to the bedside caregivers, People who really love their jobs, very difficult to find a staff of that caliber! My mother was blessed to be there during the final year of her life. Not only was the staff special but all of the residents are so sweet and friendly. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs to be able to trust the care that their loved one is receiving. Hand down the BEST!
