One of the best spots that I have found in Abilene. I love that they recycle the cardboard cup holders and that they offer free coffee grounds for your garden.

We love Monks, but then, of course we do, being Popes. When we arrive in Abilene our very first morning outing is a trip to Monks, with its friendly servers, interesting offerings and diverse clientele.
Monks Coffee Shop is such a perfect little place with a peaceful atmosphere, quaint! I go about 1-2 a week on my lunch break. It's a breath of fresh air. My life saver! #doubleshotblendedmochafrappwithcream
