First time visiting this place and it was amazing. And the guy who waited on us was by far amazing! Need more people like him in other restaurants. I will definitely be visiting back. ���

I went there twice and my husband order grill chicken sandwich and when I say the piece of chicken was half of size of hamburger bun. I to see the owner/Manger and he didn't come to the table until after we ate and would not come and see what the problem was. It thought taking 10% off the bill was good but it wasn't about the bill and we wasn't looking for nothing for free. But owner was very ruled and didn't address the problem and was telling lies. We just will never go back..
I loved Monks when it was in Carolina Circle Mall and I am so happy they are back.
First time going there tonight. I've always thought Elizabeths had the best cheesesteak out of all the ones I've tried. I think Monks has them beat. I'll be going back. Thanks for a great experience.
