I have been visiting Monks while in Greensboro. The food is great but most importantly, the owners and staff are caring, giving me encouraging words during a difficult time. I love the food and the people!

I happened to be over in the area, and looked for restaurant near where I was. Monks popped up on my search, and I am glad I tried them. We got a couple of the cheesesteaks and WOW!!!! They were absolutely AMAZING!!! Good steak, great ratio of cheese (too many places skimp on the cheese), fresh ingredients and the taste ... DAMN!!! Onion rings were also on point. Admittedly I have not tried many other things on the menu, but I definitely will. If I can get passed ordering another cheese steak.
The best place to have Philly cheesestakes and delicious burgers highly recommend by me and family we really enjoy it and the service is a 5 plus, as soon as you open their door they greed you with respect and cordially. Keep up the great work
Still just as awesome as they were in the old Carolina Circle Mall! I recently heard that they were back and had to check it out. Folks, you don't know what you're missing if you don't go. Best cheesesteak in Greensboro, period! The restaurant is really nice and the menu is great and affordable. Great food, great price, and the same friendly crew from the old location years ago. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back!!
