Shout out to Jonathan with Monkey Wrench. Heres my story.... Another company installed a Noritz Tankless Water Heater 4 years ago for me which always bubbled. Started getting codes 11& 12 a year ago along with constant running. Had several different plumbers out to try to resolve the problem and was only given different quotes to not fix the issue.
