Nate and Eric run the best bicycle shop around, likely anywhere. Monkey Wrench (MW) customer service is always top notch. They can be busier than the dickens but have more than once gotten me back on two wheels super quickly. My new Ibis DV9 is way more bike than I needed but not more than I wanted. These folks live and breathe and ride bikes. Super knowledgeable and it’s great having a location near downtown, campus, and the trail system.

I needed a new rim, along with a new tire and two tubes... These guys hooked me right up and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Great shop!
