Car/truck detailing was phenomenal. I am impressed with the cleanup of dog fur! The employees pay great attention to detail. I would give them 6 stars if possible!
So I go there for the first time because I want to take care of my vehicle.Play the most I’ve ever paid in my life for a simple the oil change.$70 not even 15 minutes going back home And the engine starts knocking and making all these crazy noises and I called them and let them know that the car is messing up, what did you do to my engine? they come with 4 quarts of oil which I believe there was no oil in the car at all, and put them in the car. Went there last week to get my truck washed. The car wash took off my bug deflector from the hood of my truck off when I called to report what had happened they said they were not responsible for what happens through the car wash, will not be going there again.
Dont do tire rotations at Grease Monkey they dont calibrate the tire sensors. They charge you for the service for tire rotation but don't tell you that your sensors are going to be out of order.
Excellent service and did not wait too long. Clean lobby with plenty of seating.
The customer service is the worst they seem to have a problem being patient and being able to give you information with out attitude. I am talking about the guy inside really didn’t care to get his name, this morning super rude. Monkey you should really learn to hire people that what to work and that know how to deal with customers. Quick service and good job on drying car rapidly! Group of 3 boys quickly did the job!!
so I've given this place chances and even signed up for their monthly service but today I canceled. I've had my carpet mats left on the side and when I took off I noticed they weren't in my car and they had put them in another vehicle. my weather tech mats were never put back in my car as well. today the icing on the cake. took after a overpriced $12 interior cleaning, where my center console wasnt cleaned, back seat still dirty, and my arm rest was sticky.
