Horrible communication and really unprofessional. Definitely don’t recommend
They replaced the (very old) flooring in my coffee shop and it looks wonderful now. They were quick, efficient, courteous, and did everything in a matter of days. An amazing company that is well worth every bit. We have gotten so many compliments on the flooring!
I really wanted to like this company. The owner was very friendly and everyone who worked for them was kind. I used them for quite a few fixes around a property which they did a nice job on. I then asked them to update a smoke alarm and CO2 system in a house for me ensuring it was all up to code. After completing, I began to have issues with the detectors. These guys were incredibly helpful and accomodating. I was out of town on the date of service and they went out of their way to grab my keys from my lockbox, get the job done efficiently and skillfully, and then return the keys to my lockbox on their way out. Highly recommend!
Monitor did a guest bathroom for us and did a great job. We are really pleased with the workmanship and Jay was great with pricing - accurate without any surprises. I would recommend Monitor to my friends and family for home improvement projects.
