My aunt wanted to go in to see if she can blow into their device because she lives nearby. Website advertises free install and $2 a day. Somehow this became Install is free but there is a $150 labor fee ( told over the phone she would have to negotiate for free install) and it's $110 a month. We'll go back to the NC DMV list and start at the top.
They never answer the phone, no one is ever in the office, they are only open one day a week and still don’t be there… you get fined for every little thing.
This company has the NICEST employees. They really go out of their way to make a bad situation better.
