This place is only open Tuesday and wed..must be a good racket..if you only have to work 2 days a week
I am always greeted upon arrival and told to have a nice day after the Service Technician performs the Monthly Calibration in a speedy and professional manner. Regardless of the fact why I have to come to Monitech it's a pleasure to be serviced by the Monitech Staff.
The customer service is the worst my car broke down and I have been trying for over a week to get it uninstall from the car (engine blew) to another vehicle and the first time I called they said the would be $104 to have mobile service to remove from the car and said they would call me back to schedule within 24 to 48 hours that time went by and no call I called again and they said I had to by the $104 to have it scheduled if they would have said that on the first call I would have paid it.
