Worst customer service EVER! When you call if you can get a rep of you are inquiring about a device however when you become a customer and need assistance you CAN not get a representative you will be on the phone for 20 minutes to an HOUR and the #8 button does NOT work for a call back so you will be on hold forever so annoying
Whats the point in having an appointment when you arrive 15 mins early and then sit and wait when a customer service representative comes out and ask if you have an appointment and you respond Yes, and then they begin to tell you that it'll be a while because they have an installation when I called to make the appointment You didn't know you had an installation? you could have reschedule the appointment for a later time? This place is only open Tuesday and wed..must be a good racket..if you only have to work 2 days a week
