Worst experience I ever had with a doctor. She was an hour late and didn't even try to ask me about my history. She immediately started to push some test on me to determine what medication I should take . She offered no suggestions and was very cold and judgmental. I left there feeling hopeless and unworthy. She labeled me and gave inaccurate information.
I have been a patient of Dr Solberg fo a year now, and Im still not on the right dose of my meds. She always forgets about what she told me the previous appt. She has forgotten to refill my anxiety medicine multiple times making me unstable and sick. When I call the office to ask if she will refill my medicine cuz she forgot to refill it on my appt, she treats me like I'm a drug seeker and she won't fill it until my pharmacy tells her I'm overdue for it. Worst doc ever! She lies dont go to her
Worst experience of my life. Very unprofessional. I would not even attempt to make an appointment. She violates patients trust and she lies about the session on paper. She carelessly lowed my medication. When I called the office I was yelled at that I wasn't a patient anymore yet her letter stated she would provide 30 days of emergency care. Once again, she lied. People serk a therapist for help, not to make them feel worse. She should not be in this profession.
Though quite busy, Dr. Solberg makes an effort to connect with all clients and is quite open and open minded. Her office, downtown, can be quite busy, and the appointments can feel a bit rushed. I'll admit some concern in communicating my entire health/mental status in such an environment. However I still find their services super helpful and to the point. Her expertise is valuable and worth listening to. I'm fortunate for having found such quality so soon and so accessible.
Dr. Solberg is great. She takes the time to get to know you and your narrative and really makes you feel like she cares; her treatment never feels sterile or clinical at all. I look forward to seeing her.
Very poor experience. Contacted Dr. Solberg three times over a two week period and left two messages requesting a first appointment. Never heard from ANYONE!
