Dr Pouliot is herself worth 5 stars. She does run late but in reality, the time she spends time with her patients is much more than a 5 minute "how-do -you-do" appointment. So knowing she gives so much time, I'm ok with waiting and just plan on bringing a book. The office itself has changed hands and it is Arches as of a few months ago. Not too sure on the protocols, the front staff and getting through on the phone. But time will tell.
Monique was thorough and attentive to my sickness needs.
