Terrible service. I was a new patient in July. My appointment time was for 1:45pm. I was a little early. The nurse called me back to the room at 1:45. I waited in the room for 45 minutes before a PA came in and went over my history. I waited till 3:15pm to see Monika Fischer. She came in, didn’t apologize for the wait. She spent 10 minutes with me. I started seeing Dr. Fischer as soon as I turned 18. I stopped seeing her a few years ago because I felt like she never listened to me or did anything to find the root of my GI problems. I lost track of how many times she diagnosed me with something, and then turned around to say I didn't have that. I felt like she always focused on my recurrent ulcers that popped up every few years, but not the chronic incontinence I have on a daily basis. Fort Wayne resident here. Gi doctors in Ft wayne allowed my condition to worsen and I developed additional medical issues due to the treatment. They wouldn't listen when I said I was getting worse. Dr. Fischer listened. She knew in my first appointment what was happening systemically and changed my treatment and in my humble opinion saved my life. She is brilliant, intuitive, and an all around phenomenal physician. Thank you, Dr. Fischer.

She is absolutely amazing. She has truly saved me,countless times. I will always keep her as my Gi. She explains things to me during appointments, and listen to me. I'm thankful for her.
