I brought my 85 year old father here since I normally take him to his doctor in NYC, being a New patient, getting to know your practice, a call should have been made that you were running late. You should have known this since we were informed you ran behind in surgery but you don’t make any calls from what your receptionist told another patient, very rudely “We Don’t Make Calls” Honesrly we should have been asked to come at 3:20pm for my dad’s. 2:30pm appointment. Dr. Monika Debkowska is an amazing physician. She did my wrist surgery and the outcomes were fantastic. I have been dealing with this injury for so long and with her help, I’m finally healing. She is always empathetic and willing to listen. She is extremely efficient, with no wait times! Cannot recommend this doctor enough! Not only is she a skilled surgeon, but she is very kind to her patients.
