So lazy these kids that work there i legit called for a pick up placed my order in its not even 10pm why when i get there they tell me they’re close they did this to me before Nd when i asked for the manager the kid hangs up definitely terrible customer service skills the kid definitely looked at me like i am the problem

Excellent Italian cold cut and Italian steak tip subs (though one time I did get an Italian where the prosciutto was so fatty and thick it turned me off); the balsamic glaze they use is very (very) good. Have tried other items such as pizza and other grocery items. Prices have gone up recently. Best Italian Sub, I’ve ever had ! Pricey, but the reviews were spot on! Get there early to avoid lines. Very fresh, meats, and cheese sliced right in front of you.
Came in for a plowman’s lunch while traveling. I wanted 1/4 pound of this, 1/4 pound of that, some cheese, little dish of veggies, and so on. They sliced it fresh, presented in beautifully, and at no time made me feel like a jerk for ordering such small amounts of multiple things. I’ll be back next time for a sammich!
Monica's used to have high quality products at reasonable prices and they've recently adjusted their menu to the likes of a tourist trap. For expensive small subs in the historic North End District of Boston, go to Monica's!
