So I came here on a recommendation from a friend while I was in town in May, and since then I have been craving their subs every day. When people ask me about Boston, my first response is how incredible the food is here, and how I would happily fly across the country just to come back here. 5 stars? More like 10/5 stars.
I believe these are the best subs we have ever had. We asked our waiter Boris from Florentines Cafe where to go and he didn't hesitate to recommend Monica's. He was definitely right because we came here twice. Had leftovers in the fridge of our hotel and they were still delicious the next day. We live in MD and will crave this always.
Best sandwiches in boston bar none. Bread constantly being baked and dope inported cold cuts. Thebmini Italian Market feel theyve got going is dope as hell too. When ever ingo somewhere real nice in the city. Alden and Harlow, Hojoko and others i always end my meal with a second meal here. Sort of like a meaty Umami Appretifé. Dont miss this spot because its un fucking real.
