The service was terrible. Called in a pick order and a hour later it wasn’t done. Placed an order for a pleaser and got told breadsticks didn’t come with. Highly disappointed. Will never go to this one again ever

Horrible, mangled breadsticks that looked as though the bottoms had been ripped or scraped off, and that tasted doughy. No salad dressing, for the second time in 3 orders. Our pizza was actually crispy on the bottom this time, but the last 3 it’s been bendy or soggy. And it sucks because this is the only Monical’s that delivers in our area.

Picked up a large sausage/mushroom pizza on Saturday evening. The edges were burnt and very little sauce. Pizza tasted light cardboard. Didn't take it back because we live 20 miles away. This was our first time ordering food during the "stay-at-home" period. For the price of $30 we expected a good meal. Very very disappointing!
RecommendedWe always love Monicals, but today they really went above and beyond. We ordered a few pizzas, picked them up, got home and realized my vegetarian pizza accidentally had pepperoni on it. We called to see if we could exchange it and they didn’t even hesitate to offer us a new pizza in a larger size and free delivery. I can’t believe how great and understanding they were! I did not expect that in the least. Thank you SS Monicals for being so thoughtful! It really made my night. And the pizza was delicious, as always!
Waited an hour and 45 mins for breadsticks and a sandwich on a Tuesday. Takes 15 mins to get anywhere in town.
Serve hot food. Pizza & wings both warm, not hot.
When we ask for a half and half pizza, it’s never half and half. Slices are never cut evenly so we’ll get about 3/4 for one side, and 1/4 for the other. Asked for well done and still get a doughy bottom. I’d rather take my business to the one out North.
