This is so easy. Monica is just the absolute best. She cares deeply and works very hard to make sure your experience with hearing aids is not a scary one. It is a gift given so that you never, ever have to say "what" again when someone asks you a question. She is a joy to know, and a Blessing you will always be grateful for.
