I've been seeing Monica for primary care for 2 years, give or take. She has been an invaluable resource for me in my mental and physical health struggles. I feel that she listens intently, and is genuinely concerned for my well being. I think at times she can be direct, but always with a balance of compassion and concern. I highly recommend this provider.
Hands down the best doctor I have ever seen. So thorough and caring. The detail and time she has spent with me on multiple occasions has truly changed my life.
Very knowledgeable and empathetic.
Extremely arrogant. In our first appointment she either read my chart wrong or read the wrong chart because she thought I was a Type 2 diabetic. I'm a Type 1 diabetic. Proceeded to tell me I could control my condition with diet and exercise. Huh!?! I've had this condition for 15 years. You're the first doctor to ever tell me I could control it without insulin. Our rapport never really recovered from this.
