Dr. Neely and her staff always make me feel comfortable, whether it's a warm neck roll, blanket or whatever I need every time I'm in her office. She is caring, available and provides excellent care to her patients. Our entire family goes to Dr. Neely. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I see Dr. Neely every 6 months for routine maintenance and cleaning. I have periodontal disease and as a result I have had many root canals and crowns. Dr. Neely helped me find a periodontist to help with my treatment and has been very involved in helping me stay motivated. She recently helped me make a decision on whether or not to have some teeth pulled by seeking out a specialist for me that would take my insurance and her staff was extremely helpful in getting me information on what my insurance would cover. Dr. Neely and her staff are outstanding in their care and quality of work. My visits are always extrememly personable and pleasant. She and her staff are just THE BEST!!!
Dr. Neely is extremely dedicated to patient care. Her exams are thorough and she strives to ensure patient understanding of dental health. Her work is of the highest quality and her techniques minimize any discomfort associated with drilling, injections, etc. The staff is very courteous and helpful with insurance filings. They seek out input and respond to suggestions to ensure a pleasant patient experience. I highly recommend Dr. Neely and her capable staff.
I have been very pleased with Dr. Neely. My care has been very high tech, pain free and priced fairly. She looks at your dental care in terms of your complete health. I rarely find that combination in a dentist. I recommend her regularly.
