Monica Thompson is such a personable/compassionate physician. I have been in the medical field for over 15 years and her bedside manner is outstanding, she listens to all concerns and makes you feel heard and seen. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know. She is amazing!

Great check-in experience on line. Only waited 10 minutes to see Monica. Exam very thorough! She answered all my questions. Had a plan for me. Notified from my pharmacy that scripts were ready before I left the office. Fasting labs drawn the next day- couldn’t feel the stick! Excellent technique! The nurse- Colleen- was great. Front office helpful, personable, great!
I wish Google would let me give more than five stars because Monica Thompson deserves every one of them. Over the years, I’ve seen several primary care providers, but I never truly felt heard, understood, or genuinely cared for.
