Unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance after going through initial patient processing/insurance verification. 2 days before my scheduled appointment I was contacted by her secretary and told that she was no longer accepting new patients. So much wasted time that I could’ve been searching for someone else to see me. Pretty devastating when I’ve been searching for a therapist That accepts my insurance and has openings for 6+ months.
