I committed to be a "hair model" at this salon. I waited three weeks for my appt. I called the day of the appointment and confirmed it with the receptionist. I took time off work and drove almost an hour to reach the salon. When I arrived, the stylist told me that she had canceled my appointment. Why didn’t she tell me in advance?
